Courtney Cray has a passion for impacting individuals in a positive way and assisting where she can. Courtney currently works developing training for professional staff and student staff alike to ensure they are shaping communities and safe spaces of respect for themselves and other students. Courtney also has a background in marketing and social media management, and with this, has recently joined Visceral Change to be the Director of Marketing. 

To dive deeper into who Courtney is as a person: Courtney is a Maine native and brings her love of Maine and nature with her wherever she goes. Her pronouns are she, her, hers, and she is a part of the LGBTQ+ community. Courtney is a dog-mom of two lovely Pitbull mixes and is a first-generation college student. Courtney obtained her Undergraduate Degree in Psychology in 2014 from the University of Maine at Presque Isle. Courtney then completed her Master’s Degree in Human Relations in 2019 from Plymouth State University.  Courtney recognizes that she wouldn't be where she is today without the understanding and support from others, and with this wants to give back to the community by supporting businesses and companies that make a difference.
