Strategic Plan for Diversity and Inclusion
The 3-Month Strategic Plan for Diversity and Inclusion (SPFDI) is perfect for organizations who are interested in tackling their diversity and inclusion needs right now. We trim down on time by working with the diversity committee you already have in place in order to implement your SPFDI as quickly as possible. We will isolate and identify some of the key areas your organization should prioritize regarding diversity, equity, & inclusion and help develop a set of values or foci in an effort to provide an overarching framework to ground the SPFDI. We will also help you create Employee Resource Groups, along with our Core Five 101 Online Training video – complete with a quiz – as a way to ensure the work of your organization is ongoing.
