Service Description
The 6-Motnh SPFDI is perfect for organizations who are interested in taking a more methodical and democratic approach to their organization’s diversity & inclusion efforts. Similar to the 3-month package, this 6-month package offers planning, values and foci creation, ERGs and our online training. However, with these option, we'll also help you establish a steering committee, coupled with our organizationally involved process of identifying prioritizing key action items. We will also conduct our 3T Planning and Preparation process with you, mission and purpose creation, as well as other documents and resources as a way to ensure you are able to measure against and account for your SPFDI for years to come.
